Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Subject to stock availability and payment.

All orders are fulfilled by Bay Ltd under the trading name of By Merryn Ltd. 

Dispatch & Delivery Times 

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day. There are exceptions to our dispatch times but we do endeavour to get your order on its way as swiftly as possible. 

Once an order has been dispatched and is accepted into the postal or courier service we are unable to change or amend the delivery address. We are unable to assist with delays in delivery times once a parcel enters the postal or courier system. Once the parcel is dispatched into the courier or postal service, it is in the responsibility and care of the customer. We are unable to assist, bearing no legal responsibility for the goods delivered or any loss or damage. 

Returns

Domestic, UK orders, are eligible for returns for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and in a condition fit for re-sale. Items must be returned to By Merryn within 7 days of receipt of goods with the customer. 

All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by By Merryn. We highly recommend returning goods on a signed for service. 

We, Bay Ltd, trading as By Merryn, retain the rights to refuse a refund for any such reason deemed reasonable. 

All International orders are not eligible for a return or refund. All international orders are final sale. 

Shipping Costs & Service 

Please refer to the checkout page for shipping costs.

We usually dispatch with Royal Mail, UPS or Fedex. On occasions, and without prior notice, we may dispatch with a different courier or postal service. 

For international orders we do not always ship with a signed for service. If you would prefer to have your order shipped on a signed for service, please contact us before placing your order.

    Once you place an order

    • A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed - please check your delivery address and notify us immediately if there is an error. We cannot change delivery details once your package has been despatched.
    • Once your package is shipped, we will send you a second email with details on how to track your order.

    Taxes & Duties

    If purchasing outside of the UK you may incur custom duties and VAT depending on your location. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. BAY Limited, trading under By Merryn, is not responsible for any Tax, duties, customs fees or any other costs associated when importing goods to an overseas country. 

    We cannot deliver to a PO Box, we can only deliver to a property address and cannot despatch your order without a local contact number for delivery. The phone number is required in order for customs to contact you regarding Tax/Duty charges if applicable.
